This album was the only release I ever put out through Six Degrees Records. When I first started as an artist, Six Degrees was my favorite record label in the world, with amazing artists like Cheb I Sabbah, Midivil Punditz, Karsh Kale, Jeff Stott, Banco de Gaia, Bebel Gilberto and many more.

When Six Degrees contacted me to talk about a licensing deal, I felt like my dreams had come true. Unfortunately this was when the music industry was first crashing in CD sales. I never found success as a SIx Degrees artist and this represented the only solo album I released through a label.
